Founder & Chief Executive Officer
S & S Private Home Care & S & S Personal Care Home
Success isn’t always born in a boardroom. Sometimes, it begins in a garage with a dream, unwavering faith, and two children watching their mother refuse to give up.
Shakita Randle is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of S & S Private Home Care and S & S Personal Care Home, where she has dedicated her career to providing compassionate, high-quality care to seniors, individuals with disabilities, and families throughout Southwest Georgia. A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) since 2004, Shakita has spent more than two decades serving others with dignity, respect, and excellence.
Her entrepreneurial journey did not begin with investors or a large office. It began in the garage of her home, where she built her company one client, one caregiver, and one relationship at a time. While many see the thriving organizations she leads today, few know the countless hours, sacrifices, and determination that laid the foundation for their success.
Her greatest supporters during those early years were her two sons, Sojour Trevon Williams and Elijah Lorenzo Randle. They watched their mother work long days and late nights, helped wherever they could, and witnessed firsthand what perseverance, faith, and hard work can accomplish. They continue to be one of her greatest inspirations and the driving force behind her commitment to building a lasting legacy for her family and community.
Shakita also credits her parents for shaping the woman she is today. She was raised with strong values centered on integrity, compassion, hard work, and serving others. She carries with her the memory and wisdom of her late father, Lawrence Randle Sr., whose example continues to influence her leadership and resilience. She is equally grateful for her mother, Louise Randle, whose love, encouragement, strength, and unwavering belief in her gave her the confidence to pursue her dreams. Their guidance continues to inspire every decision she makes.
In 2017, Shakita officially founded S & S Private Home Care with the vision of helping individuals remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes while receiving exceptional care. As community needs continued to grow, she expanded her mission by opening S & S Personal Care Home in Dawson, Georgia—a warm, family-oriented residence where adults receive personalized care in a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
As both owner and administrator, Shakita remains actively involved in the day-to-day operations of her organizations. She believes that exceptional care begins with strong leadership, continuous education, accountability, and treating every resident, client, and employee with compassion and respect.
Committed to lifelong learning, Shakita is currently pursuing her Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) at Albany State University while continuing to grow her businesses. She has also completed advanced dementia care training and remains dedicated to expanding her knowledge to better serve individuals living with memory-related conditions and their families.
Beyond providing care, Shakita is passionate about empowering others to pursue their own dreams in healthcare. She is the author of the eBook, “The Heart Behind the Hustle: Launch Your Own Home Care Business Today,” a practical guide created to encourage and educate aspiring entrepreneurs who want to build successful home care agencies. Drawing from her own experiences, the victories, setbacks, and lessons learned, she shares real-world insight to help others turn their vision into reality. Through consulting, education, and mentorship, she is committed to helping future healthcare leaders create businesses that make a meaningful difference in their communities.
Her dedication to healthcare and entrepreneurship has earned recognition, including honors from Marquis Who’s Who in America and Marquis Who’s Who of Professional Women.
Above every title and accomplishment, however, Shakita is most proud of being a mother, a daughter, a servant leader, and a woman of faith. She believes that true success is measured not only by what you achieve, but by the lives you touch along the way.
Her story is a testament to what can happen when faith is stronger than fear. What started in a garage with determination, prayer, and two young boys by her side has grown into organizations that provide care, hope, and opportunity for countless individuals and families across Georgia.
Today, Shakita continues to expand her vision, providing exceptional care, mentoring future healthcare entrepreneurs, advocating for seniors, and building a legacy rooted in compassion, service, and excellence.
Her guiding philosophy remains the foundation of everything she does:
“We didn’t come to be served—we came to serve others.”
